This is a very competitive field, so agents need to build a name for themselves. Some do this through Facebook and Instagram, some through Google ads, some just by word of mouth and old client referrals. This is one of the most important parts. Sale deed, agreement to sell, registry, NOC, and other legal papers all need to be correct and filed on time. Closing the Deal<\/h3>\n

Near closing, the agent has to stay in touch with the other side’s agent, the bank (if there is a loan involved), and sometimes a lawyer too. A final visit to the property is also done before the deal is closed, just to check that everything is fine physically.<\/p>\n
